Every visitor can create a free demo keepsake with up to 5 uploads — no account or payment required. We strongly encourage you to use the demo first so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing a paid plan.
Once payment is made, your plan is activated immediately and you gain full access to the Service. Because access is delivered digitally and begins at the moment of payment, all purchases are final.
If your Keepsake fails to render due to a fault on our side, we will re-process your order at no additional charge. This is our sole remedy in the event of a technical failure on our part.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at filelifty@gmail.com before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
