Every visitor can create a free demo keepsake with up to 5 uploads — no account or payment required. We encourage you to try the demo first so you know exactly what your finished film will look and feel like before purchasing a plan.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you purchase a plan and your finished keepsake doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll work with you to make it right. That may include:

• Re-rendering your keepsake with different settings, music, or sequencing at no charge
• A full refund to your original payment method if we can't deliver something you love

How to request a refund

Email hello@savethatmoment.com from the address on your account with your order details and a brief note about what went wrong. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

When refunds don't apply

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
• Plans where the included storage period has been substantially used
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeatedly purchasing, downloading films, and refunding)
